This has been a much discussed topic and I personally feel that there are still many aspects of the knowledge and skills needed for our 21st century learners and teachers to play catch up and also patch up and then cultivate and develop further.

After spending so many years being in education from being a student to a teacher, etc. I personally feel that the tacit knowledge and skills of experience gathered by the billions of educators around the world should be shared...

I hope to see our 21st century learners contributing to the development of the 21st century teachers in more explicit ways as well.
